• Please note that the compliment light lunch or dinner at the noodle shop is not applicable on Sundays and public holidays. 
• During holiday periods, there will be a 30% surcharge applicable to the total price.

Please note that insurance provided by credit card companies or through reciprocal medical agreements may not offer comprehensive coverage.

We will exert all reasonable efforts to ensure that your trip proceeds smoothly as planned. Nevertheless, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, mechanical issues, civil unrest, or other unexpected events may arise, potentially impacting your travel arrangements. Rest assured, we will promptly inform you of any such changes as soon as they come to our attention.

We allocate between 30 to 45 minutes to pick up guests from multiple hotels, with yours possibly being the first stop. Kindly be prepared in the hotel lobby, and we'll promptly arrive at your door.

Please be aware that unless explicitly mentioned in your itinerary, the tour price does not cover airfares, airport transfers, departure taxes, early or late hotel check-ins, gratuities, personal expenses, and certain meals. Should you require airport transfers, early check-in, or any additional services, feel free to request a quote from us. We are more than happy to assist you with any arrangements you may need.

We offer pickup services for most hotels located in District 1 for our daily small group tours departing from Ho Chi Minh City. If your hotel is situated in a different location, please reach out to us for further assistance and guidance.

• If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
• If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. 
• If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
